In the main building of the "Poggiata" there are three three-room apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both three-room apartments on the ground floor have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the one on the upper floor has a large single bathroom.

The rooms, one double and one with the possibility of separate beds, can comfortably accommodate large families and each apartment can host up to six people.
